Sam Koshy Order On Board 28/03/2018 Present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization as the petitioner is working with the respondents since 1983 onwards. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner squarely falls within the conditions stipulated in the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 and therefore, the case of the petitioner may be considered accordingly.

State counsel does not have any objection if the petition is disposed of with an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 & 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with the order/circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 dealing with the regularization of daily wage employees. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days from the date of production of the certified copy of this Order.

This Court has not opined anything so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned. His case has to be scrutinised and considered strictly in accordance with the Rules and Guidelines of the State Government. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Bhola
