Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation has already been filed seeking modification with certain personal grounds, which he intents to pursue.

In view of the aforesaid submission, without commenting on merit, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the transferring authority to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
