ORDER

1. By this petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. the petitioner has prayed for quashment of F.1.R. registered in Crime No.234/2013 at Police Station Kotwali, Distt.Rajnandgaon for the offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the IPC.

2. Learned Panel lawyer for the respondent/State submits that investigation is at closing stage and investigating agency may file closure report or charge-sheet.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh if ; cause survives and so advised.
