1. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is in respect of the wrong date of birth that has been entered into in the certificate issued by the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, Bhopal.
2. The petitioner's claim is that the correct date of birth is that, which is reflected in the Transfer Certificate issued by the school authorities.
3. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to the concerned authorities for correction in the school certificate to the authorities concerned but
-2the same has not been decided till date and the petitioner may also be permitted to make a fresh representation and the authorities concerned may take necessary steps at the earliest.
4. The said prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State Counsel.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation within a period of 3 weeks from today and on receipt of such representation, the concerned authorities ie., Respondent No. 02 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the Rules and Regulation governing the field, particularly dealing with the change of date of birth is concerned.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
