Learned counsel for the respondent places before this Court on 05.11.2016 stating that due to some inadvertent mistake, order of attachment was passed without any intention to flout the order of the Court. However, now that order has been modified and the petitioner has been continued as per the interim order passed by this Court in the writ petition.

In view of the above, Rule is discharged. The contempt petition is closed.
