Agrawal Order On Board 08/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that show-cause notice was issued against the petitioner on 28.04.2014 which is illegal and without authority of law for which he has made representation before the Collector, Dhamtari on 02.08.2014, but till this date no action has been taken.
(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents would submit that the decision would be taken by the respondent authorities on the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today.
(3) In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the State/respondents, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Dhamtari to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner after proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.
