1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the non consideration of his representation for upgradation of the gradings in the ACR for the year 2018-19 and also for the year 2019-2020.

2. Representations have been made by the petitioner on 14.08.2020 as also on 25.01.2021 in respect of the aforementioned two years followed by reminders subsequently.

3. Given the limited grievance of the petitioner and the issue being also that of upgradation of entries and gradings in the ACR , the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.1 or the competent Authority, as the case may be, to take a decision on the said representation of the petitioner for upgradation of entries and gradings in the ACR as also the expunging of adverse entries, if any at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
