(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 24/2015 registered at Police Station Sanna, District Jashpur for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 370, 371 & 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) After arguing for fairly long time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application.
