1. Petitioner is aggrieved by his non-appointment and the appointment of respondent No.7 on the post of Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry
Operator of Gram Panchayat Salfa, Janpad Panchayat Patharia, district Mungeli.
2. Under the extant guidelines governing recruitment of Panchayat Assistantcum-Data Entry Operator appeal is provided under Clause 15 thereof read with the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.
3. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, however, petitioner would be at liberty to prefer appeal, in accordance with law.
