Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that just and sufficient cause is made out for nonappearance of the applicant / petitioner on the date of hearing when the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.

Accordingly, the application (MCC) is allowed. Order dated 18.07.2016 dismissing WPS No.2456 of 2016 is hereby recalled and the petition is restored to its original number. List it for admission in the next week.
