1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.145/2014 {Special ST No.51/2015 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Rajnandgaon}, registered at Police Station Dongergaon, Distt. Rajnandgaon, for the offence punishable under Section 363, 376 of the IPC and 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to repeat after examination of material prosecution witnesses.
