1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for diversion has not been decided till now. Her application was filed on 22-12-2014.

3. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application has already been rejected on 9-3-2015 and subsequently also, on complaint being made it has been recorded that her application has already been rejected on 9-3-2015.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 9-3-2015 in accordance with law. A copy of this order be served to counsel for the petitioner, so that he may proceed in accordance with law.

5. With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
