1. The counsel for the respondents entering appearance submits that the directive given by this Court was to consider the case of the petitioner/applicant in the light of the benefit extended to one Shri Gokaran Singh.

2. The respondents submits that the State Government had constituted a committee to scrutinize the case and in due course found that the benefit extended to Gokaran Singh itself was found erroneous and they have taken a decision to withdraw the same in a meeting held on 12.07.2019. The intimation of which was sent vide covering memo dated 02.08.2019, inadvertently mentioned as 02.08.2018.

At this juncture, the counsel for the applicant submits that so far as the intimation in this regard has not been given to the petitioner/applicant, whereby it has been informed that the petitioner/applicant would not be entitled for the benefit in the light of withdrawal of the benefit extended to Gokaran Singh, so as to enable the petitioner/applicant to challenge the same.

4. The counsel for the respondents undertakes the necessary order in this regard would be issued within a period of 3 weeks.

5. Given the said submission by the counsel for the respondents, reserving the right of the petitioner/applicant to challenge the subsequent decision taken by the State Government.
