Hon'ble Shri Justice Chandra Bhushan Bajpai Order on Board 21/12/2015 (1) At the outset, Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that a direction to dispose of the matter finally pending before the Court below as early as possible would serve the purpose. Hence, he is not pressing the present matter and the same may be disposed of without any appreciation on its merit.

(2) As prayed, the instant Writ Petition (227) filed on behalf of the Petitioner is disposed of without any appreciation on its merit. The Court below is directed to dispose of Case No. 546 of 2014 (Smt. Prachi Vaibhav Kalele vs. Shri Vaibhav Kalele) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1935 as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the next date of hearing. The Petitioner may file a copy of this order before the Court below for compliance.
