1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 26.11.2018 passed in WPS No. 7640 of 2018.

2. Notices in this contempt petition was issued to the Respondents wayback on 05.04.2019. The respondents have now field their reply and along with the reply, they have enclosed Annexure R-1 and R2, both dated 01.05.2019 and in the reply they have said that the entire retiral dues payable to the petitioner/applicant has already

-2been paid and there is no any deduction or recovery to be made from the petitioner/applicant any further.

3. Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

4. However, in the event if on verification of fact by the petitioner/applicant, it is found that the respondents have not paid the entire retiral dues to the petitioner/applicant or not made any payment while settling the retiral dues, he can approach this Court by way of a fresh proceeding.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed-off.
