Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the default pointed out by the Registry will be cured by him today itself. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that since the parties have entered into an agreement, the petitioner does not want to prosecute the present petition, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
