2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw
this petition with a liberty to file the appeal before the State Co-operative Tribunal and the Tribunal may be directed to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
3. In view of the prayer made, learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this petition and file the appeal before the aforesaid Tribunal within a period of 7 days from today and on such appeal being filed, the Tribunal will dispose of the appeal as well as the application for interim relief, as early as possible.
