1. Transfer order dated 12.12.2017 is under challenge in this petition by which

-2the petitioner has been transferred from Government Primary School, Baima to Government Primary School, Amaldiha.

2. Having gone through the impugned order, I am inclined to direct the petitioner to submit before the authority, a representation raising all the grounds as may be available to him under the law including those which have been raised in this petition. Upon receipt of such representation, the authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
