Heard on MCC No. 42 of 2018, which is an application for restoration of First Appeal Miscellaneous No. 154 of 2016 which was dismissed on account of peremptory order dated 22.11.2017. 4.

Counsel for the State has no objection on the above application. 5.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. 6.

Accordingly, MCC No. 42 of 2018 is allowed and First Appeal Miscellaneous No. 154 of 2016 is restored to its original number. 7.

A copy of this order be kept in the record of First Appeal Miscellaneous No. 154 of 2016.
