Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 08/09/2015
1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.92/2015, registered at Police Station Tamnar, Distt. 2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 6-5-2015, the applicant is alleged to have robbed Rs.500/- from the complainant.
3. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, the manner in which the applicant has robbed the complainant in the broad daylight and looking to the fact that eight criminal cases are registered and pending against him, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the applicant. Consequently, the application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
