1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner was working on a post of Development Extension Officer, Patan Distt. Durg Chhattisgarh. He has been served with a letter dated 03.01.2020 that he is going to be retired on 30.06.2020. The contention of the petitioner is that he has not been given the benefit of one annual increment payable to him, therefore, the benefit of increment has not been granted. Since in the similar facts situation, the benefit has been given to the other likewise employees, the petitioner has made a representation on 27.02.2020 which has not

yet been decided, therefore, the concerned authorities may be directed to decide the said representation.

2. Considering the fact that the representation has already been made vide Annexure P/4 which has not been decided, the petitioner is given a liberty to make a fresh representation along with the relevant copy of the order of the High Court within a period of 30 days from today, so that his case may be considered and if such a representation is filed, the concerned authority i.e. Respondent No. 2 (Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Patan) may decide the same within a further period of 90 days.
