Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition is identical to WPC No.1975/2021, therefore, it may be disposed of in light of the order passed in the said writ petition on 07.04.2021.

The prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents.

In para 4 of WPC No.1975/2021, the Coordinate Bench has directed as under:- "4.

Considering the facts, the petitioner is given a liberty to make a representation within a period of three weeks and the representation if so filed the same would be decided in accordance with the policy to arrest the further loss of the paddy which may be done as early as possible on receipt of the representation and the copy of this order."

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 07.04.2021 passed in WPC No.1975/2021.
