1. The relief sought for by the petitioners in this petition at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the representation which the petitioners have made for grant of seniority from the initial date of engagement as daily wage worker.

2. The claim of the petitioners seems to be on the basis of some order passed by the Labour Court, Rajnandgaon.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as their entitlement is concerned, the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to decide the representation in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
