1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that most of the reliefs claimed in the writ petition have been granted and only one relief has not been granted for which petitioner may be permitted to make representation before respondents No.2 & 4.
3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondents No.2 & 4, which will be considered by them strictly in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
