1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.29/2020 registered at Police Station P.S. Jamul, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471, 34 of the IPC, 12(i)(b) of the Passport Act, 1967, Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946.

2. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant even in two rounds, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss this bail application for want of prosecution.
