1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application on the submission that he is willing to cooperate with the investigation, surrender and apply for grant of regular bail. He would submit that in the circumstances, the Court below may be directed to consider the application for grant of regular bail application on the same day.

2. Considering the submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the observation that in case, applicant surrenders and applies for grant of regular bail, the regular bail application shall be considered as early as possible within an outer limit of three days.
