At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued for consideration of petitioner's representation for alteration, amendment, cancellation of the transfer order on personal ground stated in the representation.

Considering the submission, this petition, at this stage, is disposed off with the direction to the respondent/transferring authority to consider and decide the petitioner's representation on personal ground within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
