1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.175/2015, registered at Police Station: Pandariya, Distt. Kabirdham, for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, quantity of Ganja seized i.e. 3 Kgs. and material available in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicants. Consequently, the application is rejected.
