This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.128/2015, registered at Excise Circle-Bilha, District-Bilaspur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 34 (1) (A), 34 (2) and 59A of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after disposal of criminal case relating to excise offence.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
