Shri Rahul Mishra, Dy. Govt. Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 22.02.2019 passed in WPS No.1232 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent of deleting the name of respondent No.6 from the cause title. The counsel for the applicants submits that inadvertently due to clerical error on his part the name of respondent No.6 has been wrongly got typed whereas he in infact the petitioner No.4 in the same writ petition.

The said modification sought for is not opposed . Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. The name of respondent No.6 shall be treated as deleted from the array of respondents in WPS No.1232 of 2019.

Let copy of this order be placed on record of WPS No.1232 of 2019.
