1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondent No.2 to consider her case for grant of promotion in accordance with the provision of Chhattisgarh Teacher (Nagriya Nikay) Cadre (Bharti Tatha Seva Ke Sharte) Niyam, 2013.

2. The petitioner herein is working in the School under Nagriya Nikay in Block Pathalgaon, District Jashpur. The petitioner has claimed for promotion from the post of Assistant Teacher to Teacher (Nagriya Nikay) and she has also made representation (Annexure P/3), however, no decision yet has been taken on the said representation. Therefore, the petitioner prays that the respondent authorities may be directed to decide the representation which the petitioner has made, at

the earliest.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's representation (Annexure P/3) expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

5. The writ petition according stands disposed of. Sd/- 1.
