Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the present, this petition may be disposed off with the direction to consider petitioners' grievance with regard to non-payment of salary for the period from 01.01.2016 to 16.03.2016.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this petition at this stage is disposed off with the direction to respondent No.3 to consider

petitioners' claim of salary for the period stated herein above in case, representation submitted by the petitioner before the said authority within a period of four weeks. The authority either make payment of salary accepting the claim or if not, shall pass a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, it would be open for the petitioner to take recourse to remedy as may be available to him under the law.
