This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.125/2014, registered at Police Station-Patna, District-Korea (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC. 2.

This is second bail application. First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to repeat the same after examination of material prosecution witness.

In the present case, out of 24 charge-sheet listed witnesses, 13 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and 11 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined.

Looking to the nature and gravity of the offence, I deem it fit to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from today. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the second bail application stands finally disposed of.
