1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification/correction in the order dated 23/02/2019 passed in WPS No. 1261/2019.

2. The modification/correction sought for is to the father's name of the petitioner No. 2 which is "Panchram Verma" instead it has got typed as "Panchayat Verma"

3. The said modification sought for is not opposed.

4. Accordingly the present MCC stands allowed and the order dated 22/02/2019 passed in WPS No. 1261/2019 stands modified to the extent that in the cause title the father's name of petitioner No. 2 shall be read as "Panchram Verma" instead of "Panchayat Verma".

5. Let a copy of this order be made part of records of WPS No. 1261/2019.
