1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.502/2015, registered at Police Station: Jute Mill Chowki, Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, quantity of Ganja seized i.e. 2.360 Kgs. and material available in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Consequently, the application is rejected.
