None Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 01/03/2018 (1) The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 18/21.09.2017 sent by 1st Civil Judge Class-I, Raipur requesting for extension of more time for disposal of the case.

(2) On 25.08.2015 this Court had directed the trial Court to decide the suit within a period of one year from the next date of hearing. By the PUD under consideration, the Court below has prayed for further time for deciding the case.

(3) As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and therefore eight months further time, as prayed, is

granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case.

(4) The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endevour for disposal of the case within time. Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the concerned Court and also to the concerned District Judge.
