Order On Board 28/03/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for renewal of FL-3 licence for the year 2018-2019 before the Assistant Commissioner, Excise Office but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the petitioner's application expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 4- Assistant Commissioner is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for renewal of FL-3 licence for the year 2018-2019 in accordance with law on its own merit expeditiously.
