The application is not opposed by the respondent. 3.
On due consideration IA No.01 is allowed. Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to amend the petition during the course of the day.

Respondent No.1 and his counsel submit that arrears of pension of the deceased petitioner Ramadhar Singh has already been deposited before District Treasury and as soon as son of the deceased petitioner namely Vijay Singh Bisen would approach the treasury along
with authorization letter of other legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, the amount would be released.

In view of the statement made by counsel for respondent No.1 at Bar, counsel for the petitioner at this stage wants to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh in case the occasion arises. 6.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
