1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is that the petitioner had approached the Respondent No. 3 against the illegal removal of the petitioner from the disputed property over which according to the petitioner he has the lease right. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks for is for a direction to the Collector to consider and decide his representation i.e., Annexure P-5 that he has made.
-22. To the limited relief that the petitioner has made, the State counsel does not have any objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation in-accordance with law under the provisions of Land Revenue Code applicable. In addition, the petitioner is also be at liberty to move appropriate application for interim relief or interim protection in case if he may choose along with his representation, if he intends to make any further representation.
4. The present writ petition, accordingly stands disposed off and the Respondent No. 3 is expected to take a decision at the earliest. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rahul
