The petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 30.07.2016 on the ground of frequent transfer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 18.04.2016, the petitioner was transferred from Mungeli to Jarhagaon, which she carried out and thereafter within a short period of 3 1⁄2 months, she is again
-2being transferred from Mungeli to Sargaon.

Though the places where the petitioner is being shifted, within the district are not far away, it definitely amounts to changing the sub-Tahsil posting of the petitioner. Therefore, in these circumstances, the respondents should consider the matter and unless the transfer order is found to be acutely necessary in exigence of service, the petitioner may be allowed to continue at the present place of posting atleast till she completes her normal tenure of posting. The Collector may consider the matter and take a decision in the matter. For a period of four weeks, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting.
