6. Rameshwar Thakur Patwari Halka No.61 Head Quarter Chhatera, District Raipur Chhattisgarh., District : Raipur, Chhattisgarh ---Respondents For Petitioner :
Mr. Vinod Deshmukh, Advocate For State :
Mr. P. Acharya, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 26/03/2019 1.
The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 08.03.2019 issued by the respondent No.4 by which the petitioner has been transferred from P.H. No. 54 to P.H. No.20.
2.
Though the petitioner has alleged malafides and arbitrariness on the impugned order dated 08.03.2019, but this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the simple reason that the distance between the two places of transfer or change of posting is too short a distance, which could cause any shot of an inconvenience to the service conditions of the
-2petitioner. There would be no change of residence, no shifting of family etc. to be made on account of the implementation of the order of change in posting.
3.
In view of the same, this Court does not find any strong case made out interfering with the impugned order and the writ petition therefore deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
