Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State Government is constructing a road over the land belonged to the petitioner and though the objection was made to the Executive Engineer, PWD on 01.12.2018, yet the same remains undecided. Learned State Counsel on instructions would submit that the objection of the petitioner would be decided objectively. Considering the submissions made, it is directed that the State/Concerned Authority shall consider and decide the objection on merits i.e., Annexure P-4 filed by the petitioner against the construction of road, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this Order.
