After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail on the submission that the other accused have been acquitted as no evidence was found. 2.
Considering the submission, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

In case, such application is moved by the applicant, the Court below shall consider and decide his regular bail application as early as possible and all the arguments including the submission that in the trial, other accused have already been acquitted, shall be taken into consideration.
