Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order On Board By Pritinker Diwaker, J 04/07/2018 1.
Challenge in the present appeal is to the order dated 24.11.2017 passed by the learned single Judge dismissing the writ petition No.6430/2017.
2.
Undisputedly, father of the appellant was dismissed from service in the year 1974 and he expired in the year 1993. The dismissal of appellant's father was never assailed either by the father of the appellant or by his legal representatives. Suddenly, the petitioner woke up in 2017 and filed writ
petition.
3.
The learned single Judge, after considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, has rightly rejected the writ petition and we find no reason to entertain the writ appeal. 4.
In that view of the matter, the present writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
