1. The above-stated review petition is taken-up for consideration in Chamber in view of Rule 90(2) of the High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007 (for short, 'the Rules of 2007').

2. Original Cr.M.P.No.955/2018 (Y.K. Degan v. Smt. Suman Unni) was not exception to this Bench, as it was heard on 6-5-2019, 16-1-2020 and 24-1-2020, as such, the request for making it exception is hereby rejected.

3. The application for review of order dated 14-2-2020 passed in the petition under Section 482 of the CrPC being Cr.M.P.No.955/2018 is barred by Section 362 of the CrPC and finding no sufficient cause for review of order dated 14-2-2020, the review petition is hereby dismissed in terms of Rule 90(2) of the Rules of 2007.
