Learned Counsels appearing for the Petitioner as well as by the State Government jointly submit that the facts of the instant case stands squarely covered by a decision of this Court in W.P.(S). No. 6976 of 2009 titled as 'Hitendra Tanna & Others v. State of Chhattisgarth & Another' decided on 3.1.2018.

Given the submission by the learned State Counsel, the present writ petition also stands disposed of in similar terms as that of order dated 3.1.2018 passed in W.P.(S). No. 6976 of 2009 titled as 'Hitendra Tanna & Others v. State of Chhattisgarth & Another'.

Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the case of the Petitioners for the post of Lecturer or in alternative on the post of Lab Assistant strictly in

accordance with law in the light of rules and regulations applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after hearing all affected parties including the intervenors. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
