Agrawal Order On Board 01/08/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act before the Collector, Raigarh, which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Be that as it may, the Collector, Raigarh is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if already not decided.
