The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by rejection of application for divulging information under Right to Information Act, 2005. 2.

It appears that the petitioner has sought information from the Public Information Officer/ office of Principal Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal. The application has been rejected vide order dated 23/07/15 passed by Public Information Officer and Deputy Secretary, Cooperative Department, State of Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, in this case, none of the part of cause of action can be said to have been arisen in the State of Chhattisgarh. 3.

Leaving open to the petitioner to approach the competent jurisdictional Court, the petition is dismissed.
