1. Short grievance raised by the petitioner through this petition is that after the remand of the case from the office of Director,Geology and Mining, petitioner's application in the matter of grant of quarry lease has remained pending before the Collector.
2. Without commenting upon merits of the case, the purpose of the petition at this stage would be served if a direction is issued to the Collector/respondent No.2 to decide petitioner's application in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to cooperation by the petitioner.
