The present proceedings have been filed alleging contemptuous act on the part of the Respondents / Contemnors in giving effect to the order dated 07.12.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No. 14 of 2017. 2.

When the matter was taken up for consideration on the last occasion, it was brought to our notice that initiation of Contempt of Court proceeding in respect of the very same order which was also passed in Writ Appeal No. 14 of 2017

and connected matters stands stayed by virtue of the order passed by the Apex Court. No variation with regard to the factual aspect in this regard is brought to our notice.

In the said circumstance, the contempt matter stands closed without prejudice to the rights and liberties to the Petitioner to move this Court at appropriate time by way of appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if the case pending consideration before the Supreme Court comes to be decided in favour of the persons like the Petitioner herein.
